Typically 1–2 scheduled maintenance visits per month, depending on the site and service plan.
Frequency depends on the number of plants, species, site conditions, location and contract package. We agree the watering schedule with you; RimbaScape staff handle the required watering, including care needed between regular visits.

Rental + scheduled care
Your recurring monthly service covers plant rental and scheduled maintenance, including normal replacement under the agreement.
Planters are a separate upfront purchase. Their cost is not included in the monthly plant rental price.
Your planters. Decorative pots and planters are purchased separately and remain the property of the customer. Choose your preferred style; premium options may have different prices.
Security deposit. A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rental may be required before installation. Terms may be waived or adjusted for selected corporate clients, and are confirmed in the contract.
Delivery & Installation — Quoted Separately. Pricing considers location, plant quantity and size, access, parking or loading requirements and installation complexity.
Plant replacement policy
Normal replacement is part of the service.
Normal plant replacement is included. Replacement due to misuse, physical damage, unauthorized relocation, theft or conditions outside our control may be chargeable.

How much does plant rental cost?
Plant rental starts from RM30 per plant per month, depending on species, size and maintenance requirements. A minimum monthly rental commitment of RM300 applies. Final rental pricing depends on plant species, plant size, quantity, site conditions and maintenance requirements.
Is maintenance included?

What happens if a plant becomes unhealthy?
We monitor plants during scheduled maintenance and assess whether treatment or replacement is needed. Normal replacement is included for natural plant decline, site suitability and normal pest or disease issues despite proper care, subject to the agreement.
What if our staff damages a plant?
Normal plant replacement is included. Replacement due to misuse, physical damage, unauthorized relocation, theft or conditions outside our control may be chargeable.
Can we choose the plants?
Yes. Tell us your preferred plants and planter style. Final recommendations consider lighting, air-conditioning, space and maintenance needs. Sizes are selected to suit your site.
Can we change plants later?
Plant changes may be possible depending on the rental agreement, availability and plant suitability. Additional charges may apply for major changes or upgrades, and are agreed before proceeding.
Who owns the plants?
Rental plants remain the property of Rimba Scape Solutions throughout the rental agreement.
Who owns the pots?
Decorative pots and planters are purchased separately and remain the property of the customer.
What happens to the pots when the rental ends?
Any pots or planters purchased by the customer remain yours. Rimba Scape Solutions will collect only the rented plants unless otherwise agreed.
What happens when the rental contract ends?
Rimba Scape Solutions arranges collection of its rented plants. Customer-owned planters remain at the premises unless another arrangement is agreed. Collection details are confirmed under your contract.
Do you provide plant rental for homes?
The service may be available for selected residential projects, but our primary focus is offices and commercial premises. Contact us to discuss suitability.
