Terms of Service

All prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. Final quotations depend on location, site access, area size, plant maturity, pot selection, materials, labour, delivery distance, drainage, soil condition and maintenance scope.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quote. Plant availability and prices may change due to supplier stock, seasonality, transport and material cost.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information, access details, parking/loading information, building rules and photos before work begins. Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ materially from the information provided.

Any change to plant selection, layout, quantity, pot type, materials, installation date or service scope should be confirmed in writing before the team proceeds.

RimbaScape may reschedule work due to unsafe weather, supplier delay, access restrictions, safety risks or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
