Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Quotations are prepared based on the information, photos and site details provided by the customer. A site visit may be recommended before confirming final scope, pricing and installation dates.

A deposit may be required before plant procurement, material purchase, scheduling labour or reserving an installation date. Deposit amount and payment method should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

If a customer cancels before plants, materials or labour are committed, the deposit may be refundable less any agreed site visit, design, admin or payment processing cost. If procurement or preparation has started, the deposit may be partly or fully non-refundable to cover committed cost.

Date changes should be requested as early as possible. Weather, supplier availability, access issues or safety concerns may require rescheduling by RimbaScape without treating the project as cancelled.

Final balance should be paid according to the accepted quotation or invoice terms. Any changes to scope, plant size, pot type, delivery distance or site access may change the final price.

This policy should be confirmed with a Malaysian legal/accounting adviser before public launch.
