Plant Replacement & Maintenance Policy
Plants are living products and their condition depends on watering, sunlight, drainage, soil, pests, heat, air-conditioning, handling and ongoing care after delivery or installation.
RimbaScape should inspect plants before delivery and provide reasonable care guidance. Customers should report visible issues as soon as possible with clear photos, preferably within 24 to 48 hours after delivery or installation.
Replacement may be considered where a plant is clearly damaged during delivery or installation, or where the wrong plant was supplied. Replacement is not normally suitable for damage caused by overwatering, underwatering, unsuitable placement, pest exposure, pets, renovation works, customer handling or extreme weather after handover.
Maintenance plans may include scheduled pruning, cleaning, fertilising guidance, health checks and improvement notes. They do not guarantee that every plant will survive all site conditions unless a written replacement arrangement is included in the maintenance agreement.
For offices, cafes and commercial spaces, replacement advice and recurring care frequency should be agreed based on light, air-conditioning, foot traffic and customer-facing presentation needs.
Final warranty periods and replacement terms should be written into each quotation or maintenance agreement.
